I am six yards ahead of my time 😃😃 Very true…..
Hi gals……
I am starting my ethnic blog series. Today I will be featuring the six yards of beauty… Indian saree. Yes Indian saree is one of the most modernized yet the ethnic staple of any Indian women wardrobe. I truly adore the chiffon material in sarees as they have got the fall and draping and its the perfect cloth material for fancy yet sober looking drape. This time of the year is all about the festive season and whats better than a saree to start off. For this year festive celebration, I will be going ahead with some bright color chiffon saree, with simple embellished work of gold/silver mix.
Material and Saree detailing:
First of all lets start with the introduction of saree material: Chiffon. Chiffon and Georgette are two fabrics in very demand today’s fashion centric world. They are very light in weight and are woven from silk, polyester ,cotton, synthetic fibers etc. This fabric is most commonly used in evening wear for an elegant and floating appearance, generally used in tops, gowns and sarees. This six yard of chic highlights a women’s beauty and elegance. And today I chose the colorful magenta chiffon saree with a pinch of orange color as well. And that embellished sequinned work of gold and silver mix is enhancing the gorgeous look of complete attire. Here’s the look,

My look:
I wanted to stay simple with my look to let the detailing gold/silver work do the talk. I simply went ahead with golden sleek earring and some matching bangles to compliment the look. I chose some bright eye-shadow with green glitter to have that festive feel in look.
Truly said,
Fashion is about dressing according to what is fashionable. Style is more about being myself.
