To be honest, I really don’t know whether I should pen down the benefits of walnuts for our health, as abundant stuff is available on internet for the same. But still writing it with a thought of serving a drop in the sea.
Good things comes in micro packages nowadays. And the same goes true for when it comes to benefits nuts provide to our health and fitness. There is a mindset that nuts are filled with lots of calories and fat, which becomes an obvious reason why people don’t consider them in their diet. That’s true, they have a significant number of calories but you can’t sideline the health filled richness they provide. There are so many kind of nuts available in superstores, one among them is walnut. Walnuts are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids good for cardiovascular health, controlling factors like sugar levels, blood pressure, cancer, depression and obesity. Yes it’s true.
Walnuts are tree nuts which originated in Mediterranean range and some parts of Asia. It is one of the oldest tree nuts, used since 6000 B.C. They are high in protein, vitamins and fatty acids. Generally a 30gm of walnuts contain around 185 calories.

With so many benefits, all I can say is that walnuts are the most versatile nuts. But yes excess of everything is harmful, keeping it in mind you should go for only 25 to 55 gm per day consumption (to be on a safer side).
There is no better time than now to start living healthy.
