My first ever blog starting with the essentials I require in my handbag.
No doubt handbag is the best friend of every girl, that keep in many secrets. As truely said a man can be best described by his shoes, same way u can tell much about a woman by her bag. Generally we girls have so much stuff in our bag, that sometimes finding one ends up with realising how much junk we have in.
So here are my essentials:
1.Sanitiser: GErms! Germs! Germs! One word, good to Keep them away with a good sanitizer.
2. Lipshades: 👄👄 Word on the street ! Yeah ! My smile , most important accessory I can wear, of course it’s important for everyone which adds a charm to your personality. It’s a must for every girl to keep your fav lipshade with you handy. Moreover a good lip balm/ gloss which instantly keep lips mousturised should be with you all the time.
3. Deodorant/perfume: We all of course want to smell pleasant not only for others but for ourselves too, it’s quite natural to be sweaty after a long day or long travel, so a deodorant/perfume is a must 😇.
4. Sanitary pads: Self-explanatory (better to have it all the time)
5.Kajal: Love of every girl. Eyes are so expressive of one’s personality that reshaping them and adding depth will certainly give a artistic expression to your look. They are mainly available as pencil, gel and liquid liner in market. Depending on the style you can use any of them.
For daily eyes: On regular basis kohl pencils would be great like maybelline colossal kajal, lakme eyeconic and gel liners will also be on the list like maybelline gel liner or from MAC fluid line.
For winged eyes: Liquid eyeliner will go handy with this style.
For smokey eyes: An eyeliner and kohl pencil will do the task since these pencils will smudge away for a smokey effect.
6. Blusher: Blusher act as a transformer. It perks up the complexion by hiding that tired look and highlights the cheekbone. It gives a final touch for a youthful appearance bringing out the whites of your eyes. One can explore lakme, NYX , Inglot, MAC etc as there are numerous options on the go. Personally I would give powder blusher ( mine being oily skin) an edge over the cream blusher( better for normal to dry skin).
7. Sunblock: Must ! Must ! Everyone needs sunscreen to protect their skin from harmful sun exposure which not only causes premature ageing but also have a risk of getting skin cancer. Depending on skin type you must keep required SPF sunscreen with you all the time. Personally I always go with SPF 30+ for me as it’s always sunny in southern part of India.
8. Sunglasses: Sunglasses are more than a fashion accessory. If you feel uncomfortable and gloomy when sun rays pour into your eyes while driving, you need a perfect pair of sunglasses.
9. Moisturiser: Better to keep your skin hydrated with moisturiser.
10. Pointy friends: Safety pin these magic pins can save you from fashion disasters. Pain relievers proves to be very handy if you get headaches . A small packet of face wipes should be there you never know when you may need these extra accessories.
My magic bag, my verdict !!!!
Sanitiser: Any simple sanitiser like Dettol,Purell, germX, Cetaphil.
Lipshades: I am a big fan of nude lip shades all down the year .I always keep my maybelline warm beige shade in my magic bag . Nowadays myself getting a big fan of fuchsia shade 💋.
Deodrant: I use to keep small deodorant with me handy rather to carry a bulky bottle , Eva small deodorant comes in several fragnances is my first choice.
Kajal: I will go with Maybelline gel liners( black, brown, eggplant colours) , Maybelline colossal kajal/ Lakme eye conic( Intense black) , Lakme liquid eyeliner and some coloured pencils. This time I got L’Oreal gel eyeliner and I am in love with it 😘.
Blusher: Maybelline cheeky glow peachy sweetie works for me.
Sunscreen: I prefer Lakme sun expert SPF 30+.
Moisturiser: Any basic moisturiser will work for me, but I prefer Cetaphil daily advance lotion.
