Eyeliners aka kajal ! First love of every girl.

Every women wants those attractive peepers, that steal everyone’s heart, so eyeliners should be your first port of call. Eyes are so expressive of one’s personality that reshaping them and adding depth will certainly give a artistic expression to your look.

It’s irrespective of whether I am wearing my makeup or not, but kajal or eyeliner is a must. Always be very picky about your eyeliners, as it’s one of the toughest job to pick the right one.

You can find number of eyeliners in market like colossal kajal, gel liners , kohl pencil and liquid liners. Depending on the style you want to wear, these can be used accordingly.

Lets get started with the highlighted looks of wearing the eyeliners. Here are my picks:

1. Simple basic look: As I have blogged earlier, the simple basic look will go great with the colossal kajal and kohl pencils. I would go with lakme eye conic pencil, or maybelline colossal kajal to create a simple stroke of it on the lower eyelid. You can also go with a thick stroke with gel eyeliner.

  

2. Double sided look: You can slash the upper eyelid with simple stroke of liquid eyeliner and the lower one with any basic pencils, even gel eyeliner will look good. I used Lakme liquid eyeliner for upper eyelid and Maybelline gel for the lower one (below).

3. Bold look: Work up this look with few thick strokes of liquid liner or gel liner with a little flick on the edges. I love this style of eyeliner with my L’Oreal gel eyeliner 😘.

 
4. Cat look: I consider this look to be more dramatic and sexy, that goes out straight with flick but the inner corner is bit extended on the down side. This is   a bit difficult in terms of application and you need to hold your hand steady for getting that clear flick on both sides.

 
5. Winged look:  This look is like a bat wing and gives a charming appearance. You can also try double wings with simple flick on lower eyelid. Using correct type of liner either liquid or pencil, or may be eye-shadow to create the soft line would work great. We can also say, winged eye look is the advanced cat eye look.

6. Drama look: Go girl! Pick your eyeliner brush and sketch your eyes the way you want that dramatic look. You can play with your makeup the way you want, making it more glamorous whether its a costume party or any particular theme based party. You can use glitters with liner or try mixing two different colored eyeliners.

 

Tips for natural flawless eye-lining application:

• In order to make eyeliner stay for longer, I would suggest to invest in some good eye primer, which makes your look (eyeliner) pop out. Personally, I would go with MAC eye primer.
• Pick right brush for application.
• Try to hold your hand steady so that you can get a smooth line.
• Smudge well wherever required.
